Trip Organizing Committee

Working alongside other participants, the Student Organizing Committee (OC) plays a pivotal role in the designing and preparation of a service learning trip. OC members will receive training and guidance from trip advisors to ensure effective program planning and implementation.

  • Lead and facilitate participants to serve, learn and reflect through regular sub-team meetings, workshops and activities.
  • Plan and implement service programs for the recipients along with other participants.
  • Oversee the program's progress and ensure the quality of services.
  • Act as a bridge between HKUST Connect and the participants.
