Sew-cial Club Program

Join the Sew-cial Club — Where Creativity Meets Community!
We are thrilled to announce that Stitch Together is now Sew-cial Club! After two impactful years, our new name better reflects our vision: a vibrant community where like-minded individuals collaborate and care. It also marks our evolving mission — moving beyond practical crafting to encompass creativity and social impact.
Co-created with our long-standing impact partner INNOTIER, students have upcycled unused antimicrobial Ionic+™ fabrics into meaningful products tailored for street cleaners, wheelchair users, and older people. As we enter our third year, the programme will continue to empower students to apply creative problem-solving, a user-centric approach, and collaborative innovation to develop products that address the real needs of these underserved members of our community.
What you will gain:
- Powerful Design Skills: Explore design thinking through empathy and user-centered approaches to product development.
- Hands-On Craftsmanship: Learn machine sewing, paper pattern-making, and prototyping techniques to bring ideas to life.
- Production Line Experience: Gain practical experience from concept creation to product production, packaging, and delivery to real users.
- Sustainability in Action: Collaborate with like-minded peers to upcycle and repurpose unused antimicrobial fabrics into meaningful products.
- CV Enrichment: Showcase your creativity, problem-solving, and ability to deliver a product from concept to reality — a valuable highlight for future opportunities.
If you’re passionate about sustainable development and making a difference, join the Sew-cial Club today!
