Community Engagement Record

To facilitate and keep track of your service journey, HKUST Connect can help you build your Community Engagement Record which may be used for your future pursuits.

• Accumulate 40 hours or more of service learning experience through HKUST Connect (other service experience may be recognized on a case-by-case basis)
• Record your services with endorsement from each of the organizations that you have served and pass to HKUST Connect within 6 months after completion for verification
• Apply for a Community Engagement Record when you have accumulated 40 hours of service or more upon graduation

HKUST Connect may help to provide a certification letter with the list of community engagement activity(ies) you have participated in via HKUST Connect. To request for the letter, please send an email to connect@ust.hk providing your full name, student ID and purpose for the certification letter. HKUST Connect will complete processing the request within 5 working days after receiving all necessary information.
