Program Organizer: 新界西醫院聯網
Program Details: 病人資源中心作為醫院與社區的主要橋樑，中心透過與社區團體的合作，鼓勵社區人士積極參與醫院服務，強化社區支援網絡，建立一個連貫及全面的醫療護理服務，以協助及支援病人適應在生理、心理及社交上的改變。
新界西醫院聯網由2023年開始以聯網形式舉辦青年義工計劃。計劃旨在透過訓練及義工服務，增加義工對醫療行業的認識，並實踐所學去服務病人。今年主題為 「S.P.A.R.K. Creativity」，鼓勵青年發揮創意，探索如何將創新理念融入醫療服務，提升病人的照顧質素。
Location: 屯門醫院、博愛醫院或天水圍醫院
Duties: 支援醫院部門運作、支援病人服務、推廣HA Go手機應用程式等
Target: 年滿15至25歲之青年

Program Organizer: 賽馬會21世紀綜合青少年服務中心計劃（21C@JC）
Program details: 本中心舉辦義工活動提案，活動提供不同專業培訓及諮詢，勝出隊伍有機會得到港幣五千元服務起動基金，策劃及執行青年主導計劃，展視自己潛能貢獻社區。推動公益服務。

Event details: 典禮是為表彰傑出的政、商、學界知名人士及優秀企業，對大灣區經濟發展及社會公益作出的努力。現誠意招募學生為活動的義工，協助主辦機構的工作，義工工作包括：接待出席嘉賓、協助院士頒授典禮及傳承大奬頒獎典禮流程等。

Program details: 社創計劃帶領青年探索三大社會主題：「環境與可持續發展」、「推廣全民運動」及「樂齡健康」。透過一系列社會創新體驗，包括與各界社會領袖對談、到訪社企及初創公司認識營商新思維、參加訓練營接受資深導師全方位指導，藉此激發參加者無限創意，構想創新點子，協助解決社會不同議題。
