Celebrating four years of meaningful community impact, we have evolved. STITCH represents more than just crafting. It embodies a vibrant community where like-minded individuals collaborate, create, and care. As we enter this next chapter, our mission extends beyond practical sewing to foster collaborative creation, promote social inclusion, and drive meaningful community impact.

Co-created with our long-standing impact partner, INNOTIER, STITCH empowers students to upcycle unused antimicrobial Ionic+™ fabrics into tailored, high-quality products for street cleaners, wheelchair users, and older adults. In our fourth year, the program will continue to enabling students to apply design thinking, user-centric problem-solving, and hands-on creativity to address real needs among underserved communities.

As a team member, you will:

• Gain expert technical insights on antimicrobial fabrics from INNOTIER representatives
• Participate in hands-on workshops covering design thinking and sewing techniques
• Research community needs and identify solutions for target recipients
• Design, upcycle, and craft high-quality products from unused antimicrobial fabrics with care and purpose
• Deliver the finished products to those in need, creating meaningful community impact and human connections
