To help the community understand more about the problems of drug abuse, a series of carnivals were held in Sai Kung and Tseung Kwan O. As co-organizers, HKUST students designed and operated the carnivals with the support of our NGO partner, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG) ─ Sai Kung & Wong Tai Sin Outreaching Social Work Team.
