This series of gatherings was aimed at appreciating the expertise of our elders in cooking, as well as promoting and sharing traditional Chinese cooking culture with the community and younger generations. Student volunteers joined hands with different communities such as secondary school students, families, and housewives to support this program by recording cooking tips and recipes from the elders for publication. They also shared the joy of cooking with the elders.
