The Li Chu Shuk-kwan Education Fund Award Presentation Ceremony cum Seminar on Whole Person Education for Visually Impaired Students was held on March 2, 2013. The Scholarship aims to encourage visually impaired students with outstanding academic performance. A total of 17 HKUST volunteers supported the ceremony in different roles, including escorting, videotaping, and souvenir presentation.
