Thank you for all your efforts

Caltex Project Chance encourages children from Primary 1 to Secondary 1 to develop their confidence through exploring and learning about science and technology. HKUST volunteers acted as their brothers and sisters throughout the project and accompanied them in different activities and events. The children enjoyed the outing to the Science Museum and the HKUST campus and had fun learning about science through exhibitions, demonstrations, and activities. The visit to the Robotic Team and Marine Laboratory was especially impressive to the children. Our volunteers organized science workshops where the children could learn about and apply scientific theories through science experiments. With the guidance of our volunteers, the children developed their confidence in articulating the knowledge they gained throughout the project by organizing a science workshop for other students in primary school. Our volunteers were invited to the Graduation Ceremony on 11 May. It was a fruitful year for us all!
