Tutorials - Residential Child Care Service Program「兒家有您」服務計劃 - 補習班

This program has been re-run this year, aiming at raising HKUST students' awareness to the children living in Children's Home and providing emotional support to these children. Seven students were recruited to form a service group for this program. The program consisted of three parts, including attending a training session, conducting regular tutorials for the children and organizing a Christmas party.

After attending the training session in October, volunteers provided regular tutorials for the children every Tuesday and Thursday in November to reduce their academic stress. Not only the volunteers did better understand the children in Children's Home, but they also fostered friendship with them.
