Tutorial Class for Ethnic Minorities

Hong Kong Caritas Community Centre – Ngau Tau Kok is a local centre aiming at advocating mutual support among the community, addressing the needs of vulnerable groups and promoting social harmony and integration.

The tutorial classes were organized so as to alleviate the academic burden of the ethnic minority adolescents. Our students facilitated their learning in Chinese and Mathematics. Through conducting the tutorial classes, they were able to know more about the difficulties encountered by the ethnic minority and their lifestyles. Both volunteers and teenagers enjoyed their time during the service.
