Read. Play. Love 讀樂樂不如眾樂樂
Through storytelling and props making, the Connect ACE engaged HKUST volunteers to develop children's reading interest. The activities aim at maintaining their concentration, boosting learning motivation and reinforcing positive social behavior.

在今天Read Play Love的活動,我感覺到小朋友的活力! 也非常感恩他們願意離開自己的comfort zone,努力去學習她們抗拒的英文! 令我好有滿足感!

Read Play Love is a service program aims at teaching English and promoting learning habits among children in low income families. I initially doubted my contribution, as I am the only English-speaking person in my group. However, it’s surprising how active and appreciative the kids are. I actively engaged them in storytelling, vocabulary learning, and they are very friendly and warm in return. Now I learn that once I give out my best to serve the recipients, the service becomes more meaningful.
