HKUST Bread Run

A team of 42 students collected more than 1500 pieces of surplus fresh bread from nearly 70 stores across Hong Kong at the 2 Bread Run events organized by Feeding Hong Kong.

Bread that was collected was then delivered the next morning to 7 charities and schools including shelters for the homeless, migrant workers and women's refuges, senior day centers, refugee and new immigrant support centers, children's homes, and other non-profit programs that provide food for people in need.
