Doing experiments with specific learning disabilities has never been an easy task. Despite they have learning disabilities, they are eager to learn more about science, and some of them are avid readers and couldn’t wait to read the book in hand. Thus, I think if they could have more care and raise their interest in doing something, it could hook them on to one interest for a life time. I wish more interesting scientific projects could hold for them and raise their interest in science.
I think children with dyslexia are really smart. I am really impressed that most of them can do the machine handicraft by themselves by just reading the instruction. And also they try many times just to make the CD box fell. I find it is really hard to start to engage with them because of the language. But I am happy and feel respected when we read the passage together.
