Mr. Abraham Kok, a former Hong Kong elite triathlete and co-founder of the Hong Kong Special Needs Sports Institute, gave an inspiring talk to students on resilience, inclusion, and personal growth. Drawing from his own experience growing up with Specific Learning Difficulties and Attention Deficit, Abraham shared how sports helped him overcome challenges, build confidence, and discover his strengths. He also highlighted how sport-based programs can support SEN students by improving focus, coordination, and self-belief. Through his powerful story and professional insights, participants gained a deeper understanding of the potential of students with special educational needs and the importance of creating a more inclusive, supportive learning environment.
