Blood Drive Ambassador (Spring 2026)

In celebration of HKUST’s 35th Anniversary, the Dean of Students’ Office (DSTO) and the Health, Safety and Environment Office (HSEO) partnered with the Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service to launch a yearlong campus blood donation campaign.

During the first phase (February to June 2026), a group of dedicated volunteers served as Blood Drive Ambassadors. They helped design and promote the campaign, assisted at blood drives, and ran outreach strategies to engage students and staff. Through this hands-on experience, the ambassadors also developed valuable skills in content creation and communication.

The campaign successfully raised awareness of the importance of regular blood donation, inspiring many on campus to begin or continue their blood donation journey.
