Gate Cleaning for the New Year 與長者除「垢」迎新

Partnered with the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS), student volunteers helped in a spring cleaning initiative in Moon Lok Dai Ha, aiming to bring joy and care to elderly residents before the Chinese New Year. The volunteers diligently cleaned the gates and front doors of the homes, ensuring a fresh and welcoming entrance for the festive season while also inspecting the conditions of the gates and doors to address any issues. Many volunteers found the experience rewarding, recognizing the positive impact their efforts had on the community. This collaborative effort not only brightened the homes of the elderly but also fostered a sense of kindness and connection within the community.
