Volunteers approached the Sham Shui Po community door to door, visiting the socially withdrawn, and the elderly living on their own, etc. During the visit, volunteers introduced various community and support services to the less privileged and more importantly showed their care towards them.

今天的活動讓我再次了解深水埗社區內街坊的需要和生活的境況，面對生活環境充滿不安全和不穩定，街坊們仍要去努力生活，希望透過這次洗樓，能夠讓他們感覺到有人關心他們，並懂得去尋求援助。

這次是我第一次參與深水埗「洗樓」活動，透過活動可更深入了解深水埗區住屋問題，人際關係和居民的真正需要等。親身接觸深水埗居民得到的體會比看報道多，可看到更多在表面上看不到的問題，實在是難得的經驗。
