[Black Box Theatre] Love in the Neighbourhood 「黑盒劇場」留住埗城香之鄰舍情

Six HKUST students attended a performance of "Love in the Neighbourhood," presented by a group of elderly residents from the Sham Shui Po community. By watching this play, the students learned about the tight-knit neighborhood relationships that once characterized the area.

Witnessing this "oral history play" allowed the HKUST students to gain a deeper appreciation for the strong sense of community and close bonds that used to exist between neighbors in old Sham Shui Po. The performance offered the young audience a window into the vibrant lives and experiences of the older generation.
