(Rescheduled) Beach Clean Up @HKUST 科大海岸清潔

The HKUST seafront has become the perfect place for students to gather, chill and even exercise. It is also the home to many marine and shore animals. However, as waves bring garbage to the shore, they  also bring with them public health risks, not just pollution to the campus. The debris can also damage the marine ecosystems. Join us to clean up the beach and prevent the debris from being washed back into the sea. Let's restore our beautiful shoreline together!

科大校園臨海而建，不少同學會走到海堤附近休憩、放鬆心情或做運動；對海岸生物而言，那兒是牠們的棲息地，可惜每天都有大量垃圾被沖至科大校園的沙灘及石灘上，不但滋生蚊蟲影響衛生，垃圾沖回海裏更嚴重危害海洋生態。你會協助執拾沙灘上的垃圾，恢復海岸線的原貌，一起守護我們的環境。
