Storytellers for Kids 兒童故事小隊

During the pandemic, students' learning was affected due to class suspension. Also, they might feel isolated because of social distancing, which can also hinder their social development. In collaboration with the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong Kwun Tong Centre & Lam Tin Centre, volunteers acted as English storytellers to primary students from grassroots families, in order to offer opportunities for kids to learn English through stories and interact with people online. Apart from telling interesting stories, volunteers taught vocabulary and conducted interactive activities with kids.
