Mr Raymond Chiu

Chief Executive Officer 
Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service

Mr Raymond CHIU Han-man has joined Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service since 1995 and is now its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. CHIU has worked in various social service areas such as the youth, mental health, employment training and poverty alleviation, with over 20 years of experiences in career counselling, corporate social responsibility projects and operation of social enterprises. Over the years, he promotes social innovation services in the organization, connecting partners from various sectors in the community to build up collaboration platforms and intervention models.

Mr Chua Hoi-wai, JP

Chief Executive 
The Hong Kong Council of Social Service

Mr Chua Hoi Wai is the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), which represents over 490 non-governmental social services organisations. The HKCSS aims at building a socially sustainable society through enhancing social services and policies development. The HKCSS provides a joint platform for cross-sectoral collaboration and social innovation, and has championed gerontechnology and transitional social housing in recent years.

Mr Chua has participated in a number of advisory or statutory bodies of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He is currently a member of the Land and Development Advisory committee, the Elderly Commission, and the Advisory Committee on Mental Health.

Mr Chua is a graduate of the University of Hong Kong in Mechanical Engineering. He studied Master of Social Work at University of Illinois at Chicago and is now a social worker by profession. He was the President of the Hong Kong Social Workers Association (2004 – 2008).

Prof Christine Loh, SBS, JP, OBE

Chief Development Strategist, HKUST Institute for the Environment;
Former Under Secretary for the Environment, HKSAR Government

Professor Christine Loh, SBS, JP, OBE, Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite, is Chief Development Strategist at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She was Under Secretary for the Environment in the HKSAR Government (2012-17) and a Member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council (1992-97 and 1998-2000). Loh has been active in public policy and politics since the 1980s. She founded and was the CEO of the non-profit think tank, Civic Exchange (2000-12), and helped to establish several non-profit organizations in Hong Kong related to the environment, equal opportunity, arts and culture, as well as human rights.

Professor Loh is currently a board member of the Robert HN Ho Family Foundation, board member of CDP Worldwide, board member of the Global Maritime Forum, member of the BASF Stakeholder Advisory Council, and an Advisor to HSBC’s Climate Advisory Panel. She also teaches a course on non-market risks at the Anderson School of Management, University of California at Los Angeles. She is a published author of many academic and popular works. Her expertise in environmental policy is wellknown, including advised the World Health Organization and International Energy Agency on issues relating to air pollution and public health. Loh is a lawyer by training, and a commodities trader by profession. She received her legal training in England, and received honorary degrees of Doctor of Law from the University of Hull and Doctor of Science from the University of Exeter.

Mr Matthew Tam

CEO & Co-founder, Social Career

Matthew has a unique combination of experience in international banking and non-profit organisations. By drawing on his commercial experience, Matthew has founded companies equipped to successfully navigate issues facing start-ups which can then focus on addressing social challenges.

Matthew is CEO and co-founder of Social Career, a tech-based social network designed to enable positive action. It provides a vital infrastructure to connect those who want to give to those in need. Matthew also founded Around, which is building B2B on-demand elderly care service networks. 

Matthew holds a Masters degree in Industrial Management and Manufacturing, with a focus on Technology and Innovation Management from the ETH Zurich - Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.

Ms Donna Tang

Executive Manager, Charities (Grant Making - Sports and Environment), The Hong Kong Jockey Club; 
Council Member, SDSN Hong Kong Leadership Council

Donna Tang joined the Club in 2000. She is responsible for planning and recommending funding strategies and new Charities project initiatives, driving the implementation of Trust projects, and processing funding applications. Her major focus areas are Sports and Environment. She is also a Member of the SDSN Hong Kong Leadership Council which mobilises stakeholders in the society to focus on practical problem solving for sustainable development.

Donna obtained her Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science from the Queen’s University in Canada and a Master Degree in Urban Planning from The University of Hong Kong.

Ms Olivia Wong

Group Head of Diversity & Inclusion,
John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited

Olivia Wong is Group Head of Diversity & Inclusion at John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Ltd, a role that was newly created in August 2018. A passionate advocate for inclusion in the workplace and inclusive leadership, she is responsible for developing a coherent diversity and inclusion (“D&I”) strategy and aligning D&I initiatives across the Swire Group. The strategy aims to create a more supportive and inclusive work environment for all staff. Swire is one of the first conglomerates in the region to pioneer a dedicated role in D&I within the organization.
