Our partner, Ever Green Association, is a non-profit organization that has been working to promote waste recycling and environmental protection in the local community and promote a green community. To reduce food waste, they are preparing to set up a concept store to sell unsold vegetables & fruits from wholesale markets.

Volunteers designed questionnaires in small groups, investigating both how consumers and wholesalers behave when encountering Second Best Food, and whether they accept it. The aim of the questionnaires was to suggest a business strategy for the Second Best Food concept store and to explore the possibility of cooperating with the wholesalers. Students learned about food waste recycling & marketing research design through the service.
