To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, HKUST volunteers hosted a lantern-making workshop for persons with intellectual disabilities, creating a joyful and festive atmosphere. As they worked together to design and assemble the lanterns, the students chatted with the participants, listening attentively to learn about their preferences and daily lives.
Through this collaborative process, each participant crafted a unique lantern, fostering meaningful interactions and connections between the two groups.
