Rummikub with Elderly 與長者同遊魔力橋

Volunteers visited seniors at the Haven of Hope Bradbury Lam Community Centre over two days to introduce them to Rummikub. The game offered the elderly a new way to socialize within their daily routines, fostering a shared “common language” that encouraged interaction and connection.

Beyond the gameplay, volunteers engaged in friendly conversations to create a warm and supportive atmosphere. These meaningful interactions brought companionship and care to the seniors, while helping volunteers develop a deeper sense of empathy and a commitment to ongoing community support.
