Island Paradise workshop

The Humanitarian Education Centre of Hong Kong Red Cross hosted an engaging workshop that invited participants to step into the roles of islanders affected by rising tides.

Attendees took part in interactive activities, assuming various family roles to navigate the challenges faced by climate refugees. This hands-on experience provided insights into the struggles faced by those impacted by climate change and the broader humanitarian responses to these challenges.

The workshop emphasized the importance of raising awareness about climate issues and the ongoing humanitarian challenges in our world. Participants left with a deeper understanding of climate action, community support, and the need for sustainable solutions.
