Love at Mid-Autumn Festival - Street Cleaners and Scavengers Visit 中秋送暖齊賞月

Street cleaners and scavengers play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of our city, and they often work for long hours. To learn more about the working conditions of street cleaners and scavengers, 11 volunteers were recruited to visit street cleaners and scavengers.

Volunteers reached out to street cleaners and scavengers in Yau Ma Tei and Tai Kok Tsui. They asked about the day-to-day lives of these service recipients and got to know more about their working conditions and challenges of their jobs. The volunteers also offered Chinese mooncakes and gifts as a gesture of care and appreciation for keeping our city clean.
