Food Recycling Action @Food Grace 食德好 - 食物回收行動

In Hong Kong, only 5% of food waste is recycled every day. In collaboration with Food Grace, volunteers understood the problem of food waste by collecting around 130g of surplus vegetables from wet markets and selecting good quality food for the needy. They also reflected on how can they help to reduce food waste on a personal level.
