Making our own healthy and tasty food

This project was initiated by PSL (Public Service Leader) to educate visually-impaired students and their care-givers on healthy eating habits.

Volunteers conducted workshops on basic nutrition knowledge for parents and their children. Through games and cooking activities, participants learnt to choose healthier preparation methods for cooking delicious meals, and the true meaning of eating well.

Student Sharing

Remember change starts with us!
