Volunteering @Feeding Hong Kong Warehouse Session 食物銀行倉庫服務

Apart from assisting Feeding Hong Kong in Bread Run, we also support their Warehouse Sessions. A team of 28 students visited their warehouse in Yau Tong for two volunteering sessions. 

Volunteers helped sort and repack donated food after inspecting their expiry dates at the warehouse. The food was then delivered to members of the charity network. Through this hands-on experience, students observed how how food waste and poverty can be tackled in Hong Kong through food banking.
