Children from underprivileged families receive less resources in meeting their educational needs. Partnering with Principal Chan Free Tutorial World, HKUST volunteers aroused primary school kids' interest in science and encouraged them to study through interactive games and science experiments.

今天是我們貴州trip/ pre-trip service，對著對科學擁有很大興趣的小朋友們，心裡在開始前已經很激動。在教學途中，小朋友們的反應都很熱烈。因為小朋友們的認知比我們預期中高，他們可能已經事前懂得我們想教的內容。幸好，他們都十分投入於我們的教學中。雖然心裡有一點兒累，不過還是非常的值得!

透過今次的pre-trip service，可以模擬大部分貴州的情況，所以除了讓我有寶貴的實習機會，還可以預先了解自己的不足之處，從而可以在真正到貴州教學時得以改進，令當地的小朋友得到一個難忘的學習機會和回憶！
