Blood Donation Promotion Campaign 科大捐血大行動 -- 宣傳活動
HKUST students volunteered during the 3-day long blood donation campaign on campus to encourage their peers to donate blood and raise awareness about the ongoing need for blood donors. Through their efforts, there are 149 donors in total. We hope to promote a culture of giving on campus and help to save lives.

Blood donation is not common for everyone in our community. Being a volunteer, I understood what people concerned about donating blood, and knowing how to motivate them to joining the meaningful event. I felt that it is rewarding not only because I can convince other students to take part in blood donation, but also motivate myself to take part in it. Definitely a great experience today!

I am very honored to be part of the organizing committee of such a meaningful event. I cannot imagine how HKUST members are enthusiastic in helping others. I am really grateful to raise public’s awareness of the importance of blood donation and I hope that I can become a frequent donor as well.
