Mrs Choi Ma Oi Kuen Public Service Leadership Program Award (PSL) is a year-long development program which aims to develop students' leadership skills and a sense of social commitment through training and social service project.

One of the Public Service Leaders (PSLs) partnered with Principal Chan Free Tutorial World to launch a service project for children from underprivileged families to increase their interests in learning English through different interactive games. Through four sessions with different themes, children can learn more methods and channels to learn English.
