Exercising and Energizing with Intellectually Challenged 健康人生．「智」在有你
Mrs Choi Ma Oi Kuen Public Service Leadership Program Award (PSL) is a year-long development program which aims to develop students' leadership skills and a sense of social commitment through training and social service project.
One of the Public Service Leaders (PSLs) partnered with Lok Chi Association – Lam Tin Service Centre to launch a service project for adults with intellectual challenges to increase their interest and awareness of exercising through different interactive gaming experiences and walking activities. Through the sessions, volunteers learnt more about adults with intellectual challenges and showed their care to them.

這次活動令我對弱智人士有更深的認識。即使同樣是弱智人士，他們都各有不同，具備各種能力、程度。而且他們都頗熱情，亦十分努力、認真去嘗試理解、學習我們所教的知識。我十分高興能參與這次義工服務！

經過這次活動，令我了解到弱智人士在社會上的融合程度。例如其中一位服務對象其實對香港的認知十分之高，平時會四處遊覽，科學館、郊遊、甚至會出國旅遊，生活閱歷十分廣，但是卻因為智力的不足而被劃分為弱能人士，令我感概良多！
