Volunteers preparing vegetables for the hot meals

Food Angel is a food assistance program launched in 2011 by Bo Charity Foundation aimed at rescuing edible surplus food from different sectors of the food industry. The food collected is made into nutritious hot meals and then redistributed to the underprivileged communities in Hong Kong. HKUST volunteers assisted in preparing vegetables and packing meal boxes in this activity.
