UN Sustainable Development Goals
HKUST volunteers visited senior citizens living in the Sham Shui Po community and brightened their day with friendly conversations and homemade soup. During their visit, the volunteers had the opportunity to learn more about the lives of the elderly and felt a sense of achievement knowing that the soup they made was well-received!

Description
It was a brilliant experience to visit and give soups to elderlies. As a group, we knew more about the situation of low-income elderlies. We felt grateful for their hospitality and would definitely re-join the program in the near future.

這次義工服務看見媽媽們的熱心和自信，亦看見老人家的喜悅和孤獨。對我們而言，只是付出半日，做一些簡單的動作，關心他們，他們已經很開心。希望大家不忘關心身邊(特別是家人)，亦偶爾做做義工，了解社會。
