Blood Donation Promotion Campaign 科大捐血大行動 — 宣傳活動
HKUST students volunteered during the week-long blood donation campaign on campus to encourage their peers to donate blood and raise awareness about the ongoing need for blood donors. Through their efforts, we hope to promote a culture of giving on campus and help to save lives.

I felt very grateful to be one of the helpers to promote this meaningful event – blood donation. We all know that not many people were willing to take action. I found that many students rejected me without listening the whole story. Some students may even have some wrong concept about blood donation. As the old saying goes, ‘Action speaks louder than words’. I really hope that more and more people can involve themselves in this meaningful activity in the future!

Through the blood donation campaign, I meet different people who are interested in participating in blood donation. I realize the importance of the promotion as some of them may not know much about the campaign before. I feel excited when I saw people are willing to donate and take initiative to serve the community. I hope there will be more students in UST participate in community service and donation in the future.
