UN Sustainable Development Goals
Co-organized by the Hong Kong Special Olympics (HKSO) and the Hong Kong Sports Association for the Mentally Handicapped, the 40th HKSO Track and Field Events (第四十屆香港特殊奧運會分區田徑賽) was held during December 2015 to January 2016. The events aimed at enhancing the physical and mental development of the intellectually disabled and connecting them to a wider community. HKUST students served in different roles such as escorting participants and guests and providing administrative support.
