It is time for our Hiking with Elderly activity again! HKUST collaborated with the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Fong Shu Chuen District Elderly Community Centre to connect HKUST students and elderly from Shau Kei Wan District together for another hike in Sai Kung.

The group started off at Po Lam MTR station and walked along the hiking trail connecting Po Lam and Clear Water Bay Road. They then entered HKUST campus via South Entrance and visited several popular spots, such as the Atrium, the “Resonance Bridge”, the Amphitheater, etc. In the past hiking activities, HKUST volunteers introduced to the elderly about their school life, but this time, they had the opportunity to show the elderly around the campus. They all had a joyful Saturday morning.
