Kiddy Heart Canteen 童心飯堂

In order to alleviate the financial burden of lower-income families to keep up with the escalating food prices, Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service initiated the program - “Kiddy Heart Canteen” to offer inexpensive dinners for the community and have HKUST volunteers to offer homework tutorials for primary students from underprivileged families from time to time.  Apart from their academic difficulties being eased, the children played with the volunteers in interactive games and explored new interests beyond their familiar surroundings.
