In January 2013, 18 HKUST students and 2 Connect staff visited Jiangxi, to learn about and better understand the lifestyle of local “left-behind” children and the difficulties they encounter. The team prepared various themed workshops and interactive games for the children in order to show them our care and genuine support. The students also visited a social enterprise called “Providence Farm Family” to understand how it operates and its impacts on Jiangxi local community.
