Hunger and Food Waste - Bridging the Gap

As an extension activity for the Bread Run, we were honored to have Gabrielle Kirstein, Executive Director of Feeding Hong Kong, introducing to our students about Feeding Hong Kong. From the mounting food issue in Hong Kong to their daily operations, our students had a better overview of our consumption challenge, and how they may be part of the solution.
