The “Principal Chan Free Tutoring Centre”, supported by the Equal Opportunities Educational Fund, offers free tutoring service to underprivileged young people in the absence of any subsidy from the Government or Community Chest. HKUST volunteers signed up as a tutor to assist the students in their studies.
