Co-organized by Special Olympics Hong Kong (HKSO)and the Hong Kong Sports Association for the Mentally Handicapped and subsidized by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the 35th HKSO Swimming Gala (第三十五屆香港特殊奧運會游泳比賽) was held in early July. The event aimed to enhance both the physical and mental development of intellectually disabled persons and to connect them to the wider community.
Our volunteers joined volunteers from other organizations to provide support to the event. They served in different roles to make the swimming gala happen.
