The Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Healthy Budgeting Family Debt Counselling Centre is committed to providing one-stop debt counseling services to people facing debt problems. The Centre also promotes the concept of financial health to the public.
On 14 May 2011, the Centre held a day camp at the Breakthrough Youth Village. Volunteers from HKUST Connect and local communities played the roles of parents or bosses, to teach secondary school students about financial management skills through games.
