Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Healthy Budgeting Family Debt Counselling Centre is committed to providing a one-stop debt counseling service to people facing debt problems. The Centre also promotes the "financial health" concept to the public.

Each year, the Centre holds three-day camps at the Breakthrough Youth Village. In role-playing games, volunteers from HKUST Connect and local communities played the roles of parents or bosses, teaching secondary school students about financial management skills.
