ENGAGE ‘JOO’ Action Day 2011 serves as the official launch of the 8-month mentorship program where corporate volunteers (mentors) help build the aspirations of youths (mentees) from Tin Shui Wai and Sham Shui Po and show them the opportunities that are available for their further education and employment.
On 4 April, four teams of mentors and mentees visited HKUST. HKUST students served as ambassadors and collaborate with the mentors to introduce university life and familiarize them with information about tertiary education.
