UN Sustainable Development Goals
A group of 4 students from the Service Learning and Leadership Community at UG Hall VII organized a 2-day-1-night English camp on 22-23 April 2011 for about 30 underprivileged and new immigrant children. With the English-speaking volunteers' facilitation, children had a chance to learn and communicate in conversational English to build up their confidence and enjoy the fun of English. Throughout the camp, volunteers and children participated in various games and activities. They all enjoyed the event and built friendships with each other.
