Co-founder of Not Only Powder

Fioni has 10 years of diverse startup experience, primarily in fintech and sustainability. As the co-founder of Not Only Powder, she is dedicated to transforming food waste into nutritious products. Previously, Fioni served as the head of marketing for multiple startups, guiding them from early stages to Series B while emphasizing sustainability and resource optimization. Passionate about making a positive impact, she actively educates students about food waste and fosters entrepreneurial thinking, striving to create solutions that benefit both people and the planet.

About Not only Powder

Not Only Powder (NOP) rescues and repurposes visually "ugly" and surplus produce. We transform these nutrient-dense fruits into long-lasting powder, drink and healthy snacks. Our mission is to reduce food waste and empower people to embrace healthier, sustainable lifestyles. Additionally, our platform enhances the collection process and measures data related to food waste and CO2 emissions.

Remarks:
1. To avoid interruption and hindering the progress of the session, facilitators may not admit new participants who are late for more than 10 minutes.

2. [HMAW1905] This is a recognized event in the “Self-directed Experience” component of HMAW1905: Behavioral Foundations of University Education: Habits, Mindsets, and Wellness. To receive 1.25 hours, you must attend the event in full and miss no more than 10 minutes.
