Understanding others: building connections

Research has shown that empathy can make you a better friend and a team player. In this workshop, we’ll explore the essential skill of understanding others and how it can enhance your interactions.

While we often seek to be understood, understanding others is equally important. This session will provide practical tools to help you connect with people on a deeper level, fostering a sense of community and support.

Key Topics:

  • The importance of understanding others in everyday life
  • Simple steps to develop your skills in understanding other and making connections
  • Creating positive interactions through active listening
  • Enhancing self-awareness to broaden your perspective on understanding the needs of others

Join us to learn how to cultivate understanding and build stronger connections with those around you!
